This is an exciting role for a person who is looking to be part of a small and dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital to help achieve the overarching strategic objectives.
In addition, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, such as content creation, social media management, and email campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both the strategic and hands-on aspects of marketing, collaborating with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive the execution of tactical objectives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve key brand and tactical objectives.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist with content creation and management of social media accounts, and contribute to the development of social media and content strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives, including the creation of marketing materials and promotional assets.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media and creative contacts.
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Proven experience in Marketing – Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline, plus five years experience in a marketing role, preferrable in campaign management across traditional and digital channels.
Strong communication skills – Ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Creative and analytical thinking – Ability to think creatively while also analysing data to optimise campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.
Excellent organisational skills – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software – Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., social media tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics) and general office software (e.g, Microsoft Office).
Ability to work outside normal working hours on an ad-hoc basis as required.
